2006 Yukon XL Denali Vibration

I have a 2006 Yukon XL Denali. After replacing all 4 shocks The truck has developed a vibration between 40 and 50 mph. The vibration is bad enough to feel the the entire truck shake. When you let off the gas the vibration stops, also when you accelerate the vibration stops. The Tires are GY Eagles that have been on the truck several years. I am not a shade tree mech. I want information so I don't get ripped off by the mech service i take the truck to.

Tranny? Did you try shifting to neutral when it happens?

I found taking it out of overdrive stoped the vibration. I guess a 3500 transmission is next.

Could be something as simple as a U-joint instead of the transmission.
