Can you identify this part?

A little background for you. I own a business that receives truckloads of misplaced or damaged freight. Occasionally we get items that we cant identify and that's when come to the experts (you guys ) for help. This part is a replacement part made by Continental and but the markings on the box we believe it fits a GM product but that's about as far as we have gotten. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you all enjoy this I have a slew of other things I can't identify lol!

Nice just noticed them. Almost seems like a blower motor control module, however its got a weather seal instead of just a foam seal. Looks like it mounts into something based on the two bolt hole base all around it.
