Possible Front Axle Issue

I've lurked on this forum since I bought my truck. Everyone has been quite helpful from some issues I've already had. Also, I've never really done forums so I hope I'm in the right place and posting correctly.

I need your help. I have a 2017 Sierra 1500 SLT. Dealer installed lift and level. Only a couple of inches. I had some issues that I was trying to diagnose that ended up being an incorrect lift installation by the dealer. In the process of getting this squared away I came across a noise that sounds (maybe) like a dry or worn CV joint. I took a short video. The link is below.

The dealer says the sound is normal, but I'm highly inclined not to believe them. I've never heard any vehicle make this racket, including this truck for the first 5000 miles (has 7000 currently).

I appreciate any input on this issue. Thanks!

It's currently at a dealership 2.5 hours away. Local guys refused to work on it since it is lifted... even though I specifically never signed any warranty "rights" away. Not sure whether to pick it up or how to get them to see that something isn't right.

my 2014 chev makes the same noise on the left side and dealership told me it normal asked why my 2006 with 350k on it doesnt make that noise and got told the 2014 was a new design. 60k on the 2014 i figured something would have failed but it hasnt and still makes the noise

Is it with the selling dealer? I would imagine this is where you'd get the most sympathy. I don't think other dealers technically have to mess with something that is obviously not stock.

If you bought it across country, I would start weighing how much your time is worth and consider taking it to a local mechanic if the nearby dealers don't want to deal with it.

It's a good excuse to go see some family. I've only had one dealer give an issue even though the selling dealership swears that everything should be covered by my warranty at any dealer.

The noise is just annoying. It sounds like a 96 Camry with an XM radio in it. It has the price tag of a highly engineered vehicle, but the product doesn't reflect that.
