Front stake pocket covers

2015 silverado 2500 Lt, cc, lb. It has the plastic bed rail caps but it appears previous owner cut out holes there. I looked at gm parts online and the diagram shows no pocket caps. My neighbor has a 2017 3500 and his front stake pockets are covered over by the cap. You'd have to cut them on his to access the stake pockets.

 

I looked online and couldn't find anything. I find the rear stake pocket covers for $27, and I'll get them but nothing for the front. Don't want to shell out $250 for new rail caps. I've got a fold-a-cover on the way and don't want those holes open.

I had this problem with my old 1500. Ended up just buying those retractable anchors made by bullring to fill the holes.

Those bullrings look great. The problem is, I want to cover the holes before I install the tonneau cover. It's looking g like I'll have to cut some thin abs plastic and glue it in the space. I've seen some smooth abs bed rail caps without holes but alas not available for 2015 on models.
