Sirius XM Icon Missing on I05 Radio

Recently purchased 2014 LTZ Z71 and got the free 90 day trial. The icon in the radio is no where to be found. Have RPO code U2M which is satellite and HD radio. Assistance would be appreciated rather than going back to the dealer. It's got to be in there somewhere huh?

Mine might not be the same because I ha e the small screen, but I don’t have an icon either....I have to push the radio button to get the XM to come up. I can add the xm channels to my presets which makes life a little easier.

Are you sure the dealer set it up with XM?

Just push the radio button until xm pops up. Mine doesn't have an I icon either. If that doesn't work it might not have it.

Its on the cash sale and I got paperwork in the mail from Sirius. Will resetting the radio back to factory settings bring it back?

If you had a subscription and no longer do, call XM customer service.

Agree with what Geoff said. Tap the radio button to scroll to XM. There is no button for it.

Subscription or not, you should be able to get to XM. It will only be authorized for two "channels" if there isn't a trial, or active subscription. The Radio ID channel and the Preview channel. If you can't get to XM, I woulld give the dealer a visit. Maybe the XM module isn't connected or something.

I just tried scrolling using the radio button and nothing. Disconnected/reconnected the battery and tried again. It is now there. Sent the radio number to Sirius. Am waiting to see if they turn it on. I still find it strange that my 2015 had a home screen icon and this one is accessed with the radio button. Maybe I just never noticed that it had both.

Just bought a 2015 SLE. Noticed the radio does not display the Sirius/XM channel ICONS. The bar at the bottom of the GUI has them labeled in text. Love the truck and I know I'm getting nit-picky but wondering If anybody noticed this and have been able to acquire the ICONs - I know my wife's Lincoln has displays them and expected the same from my new/used truck
