Turning v4 mode back on

I've had v4 mode turned off for about the last 15,000 to 20,000 miles with hp tuners and was thinking about turning it back on.  Has anybody ever had any issues after that long without it on and then turning it back on?

I had the AFM turned off on my 2013 for 28k miles, and when I restored the truck's tune to stock to trade it, it worked flawlessly.
