My Truck is Jerking

Hello everyone, My 2006 Chevy Silverado 4.3 is jerking when I accelerate. When I floor it to get on the interstate and/or needing to go faster there is popping out of the exhaust. I do not have a clue what this could be so please I need all of your expertise on this. Anything I have looked up says multiple things so I am struggling with this so any help would be appreciated. Just so everyone knows there has not or currently is not any codes thrown. Thank you in advance.

Just to let you all know, it was the plugs. AC Delco Professional Platinum is a no go for 2006 Chevy Silverado 4.3L.
