How-To Fix Rear Heater Controls 2002 Escalade?

I have NO rear heat in my 2002 Cadillac Escalade. I have tried recalibration the blend doors by removing fuse, turn key on, replace fuse, start vehicle. My front hvac system went through the recalibration. However not the rear, which is the problem. When this problem initially started, I turned vehicle off and both front and rear heat stayed on. I cycled key, heat remained. I pulled fuses, heat turned off when pulling rear hvac fuse. Now I am unable to get it back. I disassembled the rear of my truck to see the two blend doors, they seem to be working fine. Are there more I should look at? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated! I'm in NE Wisconsin and temperatures have been near freezing at night. Please help!!

So when you start the truck and turn on the rear heat, are you using the overhead controls or the rear passenger controls for it?
