Headlight Problem

Tried replacing the low beam bulbs in my 2012 Silverado today. The drives side was out. Got the install done and all appeared good. I shut off the truck and then used the key fob to check and see if they came back on. The drivers side wouldnt come on. I was able to wiggle the wiring harness and it came back on but using the fob it happened again. This happened multiple times and also caused the passenger side to go out a few times. Wiggling that one also brought it back to life. Is this a bad wiring harness or could this be a relay problem?

The connector at the bulb will sometimes cause a headlamp to go out. You replace the bulb and you think you got it. I've noticed that the parts stores are stocking the pigtails for this now. I think over time the heat gets to it. To test this, leave your low beams on and do a wiggle test at the bulb connection.

That is exactly what happens. Start the truck and headlights wont come on. Wiggle the connecter right at the bulb and they turn on. So guess I'm replacing wiring harnesses this weekend.

Thanks!
