Interchanging full Sterling column 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 what Years are compatible

Due to ignition going out and a friend screwed up the easy fix we had planned we are now forced to exchange entire steering column. We are trying to figure out which models and years are imterchangeable for our pickup.

That would be a hard one to go by. Some trucks come with cruise, some without. Some come with steering controls ect. Be best to take your vin to the junkyard and have them match it.
