Beyond frustrated

I have a 2017 Silverado ccsb that I bought new last October...  I had an alpine pxa-h800 sound processor, 2 JL amps and stealthbox, and 2 sets of alpine type R's 2-ways professionally installed last December... the system worked great for 7 months and then went completely black at the end of June this year... I have had the stereo system returned back to stock and taken in to the dealer and the only thing they have done is tell me that the diagnostics report shows a bunch of codes that  they can not clear and that because there is aftermarket audio equipment still physically in the truck they are not allowed to work on it... this last time they looked at the truck they told me the factory amp was not in the truck, I checked for the amp when I picked the truck up and it was still there, needless to say that really pissed me off

I am curious if anyone has dealt with these issues?

is there anyone who has aftermarket stereo equipment on their  truck and how was it hooked up? I was told that on 7 and later everything needs to be installed outside the GM MOST system

are there any GM techs on here who can help me understand how these issues are handled at the dealership level?

I can not get any help from the dealership, GM customer service or GM infotainment and what is wrong with my truck so any advice would really help. I am honestly pretty desperate at this point

I'm confused. You say it was returned to stock but you don't seem to dispute that the dealer  said it has aftermarket equipment. Is the factory amp there or not?

Hey tbarn. The sound processor and amps are still mounted in the truck but are not connected to anything. All of the wiring from the factory amp was returned to stock. The factory amp is still mounted  in it's original position

Bump... please, anyone who can help?

Remove all aftermarket gear.....take to a different dealership to have factory system repaired under warranty.

you say you had it "professionally installed", why cant you go back to the company that installed it? also how can you be frustrated when you still have aftermarket stereo equipment in the truck? of course GM won't want to touch it. As above said, remove all traces of aftermarket equipment and take it to a different dealer.
