My wife just forwarded me an email with some different pictures of her. Some were from her American Idol stuff. She looked totally different, actually hot looking. Her hair color all different and everything.

I saw on the news this morning that there are pics of two girls going around on the Internet- one is the girl in this thread. There are two girls from the same high school with the same first name but only one is the accuser. The family of the other girl, who's picture is being plastered over the Internet, are understandably quite concerned. One girl was on the cheerleading squad, the other was on the dance team. I'm not sure which was which- I think the accuser was the cheerleader, though.

I don't think this girl was "whoring around". She was working at the hotel as a concierge. Her job was to be nice to rich guests and accomodate their needs. This did not include sex. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the courtroom. MY point in replying was that it's WRONG to post links to her pics and privated email. She deserves her privacy.

Innocent until proven guilty.

Unfortunatly, it has been played out in the media (as usual), does it look like Kobe is guilty of rape? I don't think so, but that is not for me to decide.

The identity of a rape accuser is protected by our laws, is it right? I don't know, but now an innocent woman has had her picture and bio plastered everywhere for no reason

In a perfect world, neither the accused or the accusor would have their reputation ruined/threatened before guilt or innocence is determined.

Depending on your life experiences you may be inclined to believe one or the other. My life experiences lead me to believe Koby.

In today's environment, sexual misconduct is way too touchy. All a woman has to do is say a guy did something, and his credibility is shot. For those of us that read the Bible, didn't Joseph get put in a position like this? If we presume innocent until proven guilty, that is very similar what Koby is facing.

Although I think the girl deserves her privacy, I don't think it is reasonable in the technological age that we live in to expect it, especially when accusing a celebrity.
