Chevrolet traverse automatic headlights always on

I currently drive a 2010 Chevy Traverse the automatic headlights are always on in the daytime it causes my light bulbs to always burn out what can be causing this I always have one headlight burned out or one turn signal burned out

Is it a Canadian market car?  The RPO label will have code Z49.  Canadian market cars are required to have the daytime running lights on and can't be turned off.  If its a US spec car, a simple flick of the headlamp switch all the way back will turn them off.

Pull the DRL fuse in the fuse box under the hood.  It may have more than one, if so remove them all.
