Use a breaker bar or a pipe you can slide over the wrench and get leverage.

Or drill the head out.

Is it stripped already? Take the torx socket and put an extension on it. Take a hammer and hit it a few times and it will loosen the bolt. If it is stripped just be careful to line the socket up correctly with the lines so you don't make it worse.

I assume you’re referring to the flat head screw holding the rotor to the axle flange. First, smack the head of the screw to shock it and then try loosening it. If that doesn’t work, take a center punch and place it on the head of the screw halfway between the hex and the outer diameter. Strike the punch with a big hammer and then angle the punch and strike it so that the force spins the screw counter clockwise. That’s the best way I’ve found to remove stubborn flat heads.

Soaking it in PB will help as well... if its frozen from corrosion. At the dealership I used to soak them if it was a northern truck... then smack it with a hammer like Chris mentioned.
