Pulsing from driver seat

Recently purchased a '17 Sierra All Terrain and I'm noticing (or I think I am) what feels like a slight pulsing coming from the drivers seat back, near my lower back area.  It occurs regardless how inflated the lumbar support is.  I can't quite pinpoint when it pulses but it's there and feels like someone is pushing against the lower portion of the seat, as if a child were in the back pushing their feet into the seat.  Anyone else experience this?  Obviously I'll talk to the dealer but having info from others may help with diagnosis and resolution.

I asked my dealer the same exact thing last week. He said that in some models, they stuffed some little Trolls in there to massage your back while driving.

Thoughtful of them but sadly I'm allergic to trolls...break out in a terrible rash.
