OBD2 Scanner Readings

Just wanted to see if these seem normal to anyone who might know. At idle: fuel pressure 43.5, timing 17, catalyst temp 1086.8. At 55 mph: fuel pressure 45.3, 1100 rpm, timing up to 40, catalyst around 1280. truck runs good, just wanted to see if these seem in spec. fuel pressure has never been higher than 45 but I also haven't run it hard either. Coolant temp always reads 210 on truck gauge, scanner I haven't seen more than 192. If it matters, these numbers are on E85
