Electrical problems

[96z71silverado]

Hi, I'm new so cut me some slack. Ihave a 96 Silverado and It's doing some wierd stuff. First i had to disconnect the power drivers seat because it wouldnt stop clicking and was getting very hot, the clicking would occur wenever I moved in the seat. The other thing is my A/C switch and recirculate button will flash on and off going over bumps, but only when they are on and the fan is switched off. Are these problems related or on seperate circuits.
