Z71 LTZ Grill?

I recently purchased a 2018 Silverado Lt z71 and am finding that I really like the 3 horizontal pieces in the LTZ grills (see below).  Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket or OEM option to replicate this aside from purchasing an entirely new grill?

 

I've thought about chrome vinyl wrap but ideally would like another option.

Never seen anything aftermarket that looks like that.  The only way to get OEM is the whole grill.  That is what I did.  I do have a friend that used the chrome wrap and it looks really good.

I recall a thread here at one time of two members talking of swapping. There are plastic rivets on those bars holding them on. Cutting off the melted back on the back side of the grille allows them to be removed. You might be able to find someone looking to dechrome and wants to swap.
