Just left the local Chevy dealer (Indiana) and they offered me a 2018 Z71 Silverado Crew Cab for $40,300 and another $1,000 off if I finance through GM.

 

Thoughts?

$40,300 on the road? Or that much before taxes, tags, fees, etc?

Check laura buick gmc and compare a truck having the same options, then decide if you are getting a good deal or a bad one.

Agreed, check Laura.  Without knowing trim level and options there is really no way to judge.

Compare a GMC that is optioned similar to the one you're looking at to get an idea of the deal you are getting. It's been set that Laura probably has the best deals out there.

Compare a GMC Sierra with the same options as the Chevrolet Silverado. All you are doing at this point is comparing prices to determine if you are getting a good deal? If Laura beats the price you were quoted, then time for some more negotiations or go buy the GMC since they are not that far from you.

Prices can vary a lot by region....but I don't think that is a deal at all in that case.
