Does anyone have any ideas on why signals are not working at all but hazard lights work fine? I have checked all fuses that I figured could be related. Changed combination multi-switch didn't solve issue. Not sure where to look next. Trying to avoid dealership.

Does "all the fuses" include the in dash fuses as well? Typically when all signals fail it is a power issue. There are not many fail points that impact all signals.  I don't know if the flasher unit itself does both hazard and turn signals, but, the flasher unit does not behave like the can type behaved in days of yore.  I have a buddy with an 04 Sierra that the right side mirror signal quit working, and it was the flasher unit.  Wouldn't surprise me that it could also impact just the signal side.  Problem is it is no longer a $5 part.  Buddy paid over $100 for a new one, with his GM employee discount.

It seems that Left stop turn and right stop turn are on different fuses both are good. What little information I could find seemed to indicate there is no flasher relay and flash is controlled by the BCM.

What lead up to this problem? Did they just quit out of the blue, or did something else happen?

Correct - BCM controls ALL lighting every vehicle in GMs lineup.

Red/white wires from those 2 fuses (both are same color) go to the BCM. The multifunction switch gets power from the BCM on 3 wires -  white, dk green, and tan. Ground the WHITE wire, and hazards will come on. Ground DARK GREEN and LEFT signal should come on. Ground TAN, and RIGHT signal should come on. The 2 black/white wires out of the switch go to ground. Make sure all of that is good.

Outputs from the BCM are YELLOW for LEFT rear, GREEN for RIGHT rear, LIGHT BLUE/WHITE for LEFT front, and DARK BLUE/WHITE for RIGHT front.

My guess is the problem is on the input side (multifunction switch, pin fitment, or wiring problem).

Even if you give up and need a shop to fix it, there is no reason to go to the dealer unless you're still under warranty. Any local garage can fix things like this.
