SLE to SLT Dash/Door Panels Retrofit

Hello y'all,
I have a 2011 GMC Sierra SLE 4x4 6.0L Ext Cab, Short Bed. It came with remote start, park assist, adj pedals, XM CD Radio, Bluetooth, Steering wheel controls, backup cam w/screen in rearview mirror, power driver seat (cloth, no memory), integrated trailer brake controller. I recently put in a SLT dash and center console. I also put in two new wire harnesses in the dash, the main harness and the bose harness. I added the subwoofer and amp in the console. Also, I put in a the OEM Navigation system (the wire harness corrected the location of the 4x4 and DIC buttons and diverted the backup cam output from the mirror to the Nav screen). Anyhow, to make a long story short, I did not upgrade my door panels/switches yet. HOWEVER, none of my power windows work now at all, the switches do not light up. The driver door lock works from either side in the vehicle, and also from the remote key fob. However, the passenger door lock does not work at all. Everything with the mirrors works. They are the big tow mirrors with the signal lights in them...
Does anyone know if this will be corrected and work if/when I upgrade the door panels and switches? And what all parts are required to make the doors match the dash? THANKS in advance!!!
