Allison 2000 issues

Hello guys, 

i've a 

2004 gmc topkick with allison 2000. Gear selector is not showing on dash, reverse goes in gear ok but all other gears have no power. 

I changed neutral swicth , ignition switch and now  the tcm.  Fuses are all fine- Problem still persists and service light is not on and no codes. 

Any suggestion?

Was TCM programmed ?

Data at IPC seeing PRNDL?

Pressure test done on tranny in fwd gear , ?

Access to service information and scanner ?

Are you a handy guy technically?

Oil condition of tranny ?

Debris in pan ?
