extra camera connector on x63a rear junction block

Looking to add bed lights.  Going to tap into X6. Found the plug on https://www.mouser.com/  I also Found on  the rear junction block that there is a plugged connector x4 that according to the up fitter wiring chart that a camera can plug in there.  My truck already has a backup camera.  Why another plug? X6 connector NG_CD_2109441_A2-1114094.pdf

That connector you posted will work for 14/15 trucks. For 16+ it’s a different connector.

There is no data that I have been able to find on this dummy port. As far as I know, the tailgate camera is on the other used ports.

The only other camera port I’m aware of is a blank that holds a cap for when you take your tailgate off you can cap the camera plug to keep crud out.
