2002 5.3 Oil Filter

Hi everyone I have a question regarding which oil filter to use is it a PF24 or PF59?? Thank-you

I think it's a PF44 or a PF 59.

One of them is longer than the other. Both perform perfectly well. They used to specify each for different trucks, but they now only specify the shorter one.

You can use whichever is available.

the 02 manual states PF59. 03 was changed to PF44 to match the Vette (probably consolidating production costs).
