[ex]My truck is a worker now

I no longer work fast food. I am in a job-out program at school and fast food dosen't meet the requirement, so now I work for a Vending company. It's nice, cause I'm the only employee besides the owners, and they told me since I'm sort of being contracted out, that

I will be able to itemize my taxes(be able to write off gas, etc.). I'm using the truck, It's gets a max(so far) of 50 cases, I think, never really count. It still takes NO trouble to get moving, and the exhaust note gets people attention telling them I've arrived. I've missed it!

Well, the way it is set up, I was told my my boss that I will be able to itemize my taxes. Gas write off.

I was thinking that besides that I might as well save all reciepts for oil and maintenince as well since I use it as my work vehicle. And, it could use a few mods to help it work better, anyone experience with this tax stuff and if I could write off stuff like a Trans cooler, Maybe exhaust work, etc? I think it would work "better" without a a cat. and a few magnaflows would help too.

Working without a Cat can bet hazardous to your health. You might want to put on a high-flow cat instead of taking it off altogether. You also might want to look into an intake and possibly some headers if you feel they will help.

Congrats on the job too, I wish I could find a job right now but nothing open for a college student.
