2003 piston slap?

Does anyone have the piston slap problem on their 2003 silverado with the 5.3 liter engine? I am picking mine up tomorrow and was just wondering about this issue.

I was told by several people that there were some slight changes in the 2003's to help with the problem.

Mine is very quiet as well. It is almost too quiet! No problems so far.

teflon coated pistons made it quiet for 12,500 so far...until the teflon wears off anyway.

Almost 11,000 miles and 8 months old ... no piston slap so far *knocks on wood*
