18 Tahoe usb/aux issues ppv

2018 Tahoe ppv unit. All ppv units have wiring ran into the center console area to go to the aftermarket consoles. 

 

In this unit a havis console is used with the favtory tahoe style usb (in the center consoles) 2 usbs and an aux. 

 

issue: 

usb charged phone or any device. Does not play audio and does not recognize media hooked up into usb. (iPhone and Samsung s8) also it does not detect auxiliary through iPhone, Samsung or computer. 

 

Fuses are good and the usb charges. 

 

I removed the usb/aux block and exchanged it with a confirmed working block. I was able to get music from the iPhone and media detected through usb  auxiliary still did not play music. Also usb did not detect media from the Samsung. 

 

Thoughts? Aux and usb worked when the unit was received.
