Drive a wrecker for a living. Yesterday with C-1500 regular 2 wheel drive, emergency brake on and in park...Set vehicle down and unchained vehicle rolled and took off down busy street. Up to 50 mph crashed, luckily alone, into a concrete brick sign that stopped it as well as totalled it.

Were there any recalls for this reason or anyone else have issues like this??

Anyone possibly know the reason??
