2016 Yukon Denali - dash electrical failure.

Hi Everyone, 

A Little help if possible.  I was looking to purchase a 2016 Yukon xl Denali.  Drove the vehicle around no issues.  Agreed to move the deal forward after the vehicle was detailed and they addressed some small cosmetic issues.  Went back today to close the deal took the vehicle out and the dash went out twice.   It happens when we went under a overpass.   When we went under it again we filmed it. (See attached vid)    Also, Went under the same overpass day prior no issues.  

 

I did find on the forum the issue with dimming.  But this issues seems to go way beyond dimming and everything just turns off.  

Could anyone provide input into this issue?

Is this a run from the deal electrical problem?

is it a know issues that has a fix the dealer can handle?

the vehicle is past standard warranty so I do not want drive off the lot and then find out I have a significant issue on my hands.  

 

The dealer is going to have their mechanics look at it Monday and see if they can troubleshoot.   I told them once I hear what they say I will decided on moving forward or not. 

Any help/input would  be greatly appreciated.
