where do you guys go to get your "personal photo pic" on the left hand corner of your post???

Go to edit avatar settings

In your control panel under personal settings

Put in the url where it says to

Is there a web site w/different stuff or is most of the pics custom

Mostly custom. Just make sure the file size is smallish.
