Fuel Prices

Anyone else notice that over the past couple weeks fuel prices have taken a big jump ?

I sort of noticed a couple cents here and there .

current station prices are 1.799(2 weeks ago they were 1.569) with a 10 cent increase each for mid-super

But today was a big shock to me, this afternoon I went to sign the invoice for our fuel delivery of high sulfur diesel for our boliers nope it wasnt the usual 10-11k

How does $15,095.50 sound

I was like d**n and this fuel has no road taxes to it

I sure am not looking forward to seeing the invoice for next weeks road diesel and unleaded delivery

No crap, filled up ol' blue today on the way to work and it cost me $34 and some change! Paid $1.89 9/10 and that's the cheapest (ARCO) stuff around.

Was hearing the news that this is typical of the end of summer/travel season plus crude oil barrel prices still being above average.

Sucks!

just paid a 1.77 9/10 for 89. its getting ridiculous. just the other week it was 1.51!!!! and its already at 1.77!! my word!!

Around here it has been steady at 1.59 ,69, 79 and 1.54 for Diesel

Once the kiddies head back to school and people stop traveling as much prices will come back down.

Today I just filled up. Put 23.6 gallons in. Cost me just over $40 bux. If this keeps up, i'm gonna go broke. The worst part about this is that I also filled up last Friday, and Sunday morning. (took a trip) So this cost me almost $120 for 5 days.

Jumped up here too, seems like it was all at once here, you didnt notice it going up a few cents everyday it just went up alot overnight. Its $1.759 here in my town!

It's $1.49/gal here in New Orleans which is high but compared to you guys prices I'm not complaining.

Ryan , Mike just raised his prices again today .

The price for regular unleaded is now $1.92

This is getting out of hand these gas companies are just theives and to make it worse the station owners / distribution companies are caught in the middle

Yea I seen that . mike has always been good to us given us a great deal on fuel and oil . So we are going to go with him no matter what the price is

Yea this is worse than a few months ago when the highest we seen here for unleaded 87 was 1.799
