I’m pretty sure you can adjust it yourself... that’s what I had to do on my Colorado.

Hi my $56,000 2019 rst 5.3 8 speed 8-19 build date is just like you say my drivers side is higher, the issue here is the cab needs to be lifted there is only a left right forward back adjustment on the bed, my buddy's 2020 Sierra is also the same way,  I also thought my truck was dropped off the train or someone launched it but it's just very poor quality control at gm, i don't want to make you sad about your truck but I am so disappointed in my truck, my transmission is Awful, my rear window leaks water, and apparently this is all normal and can't be fixed, gm really does not care they would do anything to save 27cents,  one positive note is I've managed to go 5400 miles without having it towed....

This sounds like my issue. I wonder if there could be a washer or bushing missing on that left rear cab mount causing it to sit lower..? Or why the heck.? For a $54,300 truck, I just expect too much I guess

You could try this, gm only pays 24 minutes to fix so a $20.00 an hour tech gets like $9 subtract taxes = like $6 to fix so you should probably do it yourself if you want it right.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but this will not raise or lower the bed.. unless one of those plastic pins could be possibly pinched causing the bed to not sit down flat on the frame.?

On your transmission issue.. mine did shutter and almost felt as if slipping at times up until about 6,000 miles. Now currently it has been working perfectly.. not sure what happened but the shutter is gone. (I have been driving her hard to either make it finish itself off or fix itself.. idk if it helped or not!) LOL

Hi so it doesn't appear to lift or lower the bed,  in my case I need to Lift the body on left rear, I was going to get a cab mount bolt washer and  shim between mount and body, my bed is off to the right not sure if sliding it to the left will lower it doesn't appear to, I was going to adjust the bed after I lifted the body just haven't done that yet, I agree the price point of these vehicles. Bring it in line with high quality German luxury cars with high level of engineering  and manufacturing.

Have a simillar issue measured the bumper to ground on each side and its the same. Put a level on the bumper and its level. Problem appears to be the bed. So that means it could be adjusted as platform is level. You can see it when looking at bumper in relation to tail gate at the bottom. Its 3/4in off. Will have dealer take a look no accidents reported. 2021 2yr old

Update it appears the gas tank is on the left side of the truck. It is now full so 21g x 8.4lb=176lb maybe this is part of the issue.
