First time in this forum. Im still confuse about offset and backspace. I want to know how wide of a wheel and how small of a diameter of a wheel i can fit in a 2014 silverado 1500 without doing any modification to the truck. Its lowered on a 5/7 drop.I heard that a 15in wheel cant fit because of the brake caliper. Anything will help. Thanks

You can only go down to a 17" diameter wheel.

As far as diameter 17” is as small as you can go on stock brakes a 16” will rub the calipers.

17x9.5 with +25 offset needed a 1/4" spacerto clear the banjo bolt on the rear brake caliper
