No need to drop tank..no bed on it :-)

 

 

Just checked the power at the plug on the sending unit and have 12.5-13 volts for about 2 sec....so that would lead me to believe that the pump is junk...which sucks because the one from the 04 is supposedly not going to work :-(.....

Got the new fuel pump in it and started right up.  

 

Next question...I have the typical gm rocker rot...it's not all that bad...but if I'm going to do it once..I'm doing it right.
