I did the trans, it had been 13,000 miles, I just did a filter, and accesable oil change. 5 quarts were replaced total, and the fluid looks super clean, so not worried about needing a flush. The filter even looked great. I upgraded the fluid to Vavoline MaxLife .

I upgraded the Oil too, went from MaxLife to Durablend. Wal-mat has cut the price(60 cents more for a 5quart than maxlife) and they reccomend it for vehicles that tow/haul, so I might as well!

I can already tell a shift difference, its smoother(Ikknow smoth is not necessarily good), so I think MaxLife ATF is pretty good stuff!

Its gets a detail in a week or two, it's been negelected lately.

Sounds great. I know for some reason I just feel so much better when I get all that stuff done to the vehicles. It gives you a piece of mind. Not to mention all the money you save when you are able to do it yourself. Pluse knowing it was done right.

Preventive maintenance is what keeps the vehicles on the road as long as possible with few problems if any problems for that matter. :flag:

Some people wont do a thing to there vehicles and when it blows up they bad mouth the car/truck. You have to ask those people, What did YOU do to prevent this?
