Led interior and license plate lights flicker

I recently bought a 2005 Silverado with all interior led lights. Dome lights, map lights, and door lights. When I open the door and the interior lights come on every one of them start to flicker badly. Also the 2 lights around the license plate are led and they flicker as well. The dash lights and all other lights work fine. What could be causing this?

Not all LEDs are plug and play, return to oem bulbs

the factory circuit dims the lights when they turn off not a instant off, you need Led that can handle that dimming feature. "Error free" LED is what some call them, amazon has them by the boat load.
