Lift kit questions pt.2

After a ton of research after my last post, i was looking into This rough country 3.5 knuckle lift. In one of my searches, i read about somebody who used this kit and got a larger differential drop spacer than the kit comes with to somewhat correct the cv angles. Would that actually work? Looking to lift my 2018 1500 on a somewhat budget.

Honestly I’d look more into the rcx 5” or Zone 4.5”
