Pioneer stereo install, what parts do i need?

I had a pioneer avhx5800bhs in my tacoma and i want to install it in my silverado. it's a 2013 lt z71 without the bose system. i'm trying to get a parts list for everything i will need to get it working like the stock stereo. i want to keep the steering wheel controls and the am/fm but couldn't care less about keeping xm or serious or whichever is in it.

so far my list looks like this...

-iDatalink Maestro ADS-MSW Steering Wheel Control Adapter

-Metra 95-3305 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit

can anyone point me to a specific wiring harness?

from what i understand i will also need an extension for the am/fm. which one is the easiest to work with or the cheapest?

will the Maestro keep all the steering wheel controls or just the volume up/down? id like to retain use of all of them if possible. I have a microphone somewhere in my cab that i can use on phone calls and i'd like to use that since it's already positioned well and hidden as opposed to using the one that came with my stereo and having it stand out. is the plug for the mic a standard plug or will i need an adapter?

I've done a few stereo installs but never one that is this complex. usually it's just hook up the wiring harness and plug in.

i datalink module is a nice all-in-one module. the other brands like axxess and PAC you will need to buy a sperate module to retain your steering wheel controls. the modules copy the same functions on the steering wheel, you can program them for other options and that is in the install manual. make sure which ever brand you go with comes with a antenna adapter if you use AM/FM. dash kits are pretty straight forward, just make sure it can fit a DDin radio.

Here is the install Kit with harnesses - https://amzn.to/2T6Ryzi

Here is the steering wheel control interface - https://amzn.to/2Mttjc1

Here is an extra end for the radio if you don't want to clip you'r old harness - https://amzn.to/2MrZHfe

Here is the brake bypass (WHICH I DONT RECOMMEND, but keeps you from burning up your radio ) https://amzn.to/2sH0wHZ

That's everything you should need to do this job and for it to work correctly. If you need any schematics, let me know. Also I would wire my truck microphone into the radio so it looks extra clean, if you know how to do that.
