Selling on e-bay

I'm trying to sell on e-bay, I just set up a seller's account, but the problem is it wants me to update my credit /debit card, 5 miunutes after I entered the info. So I did, it said card approved........I hit "Sell" again. it wants me to update my credit/ debit card, so I did again. It said approved again, so I tried to list the item again, same thing happened, I re-entered, it said approved, and when I try tio list the item same thing happens. any expereince with this?

Neverminds guys,. I just found the prolem, my registrating never went through!
