Rear wiper blade replacement

Does anyone know how to remove the rear wiper blade? I cannot get the old one off and honestly don’t know what size replacement to order.

Dealer only replacement. They have a special tool to get it off and OE is the only one who makes a blade for it. I found this out on our 2011 Terrain we had and from what I’ve been told it’s the same on our 17 Acadia.

Where do you guys get your information from? Special tool to remove a rear wiper blade? Service information says to remove the wiper arm and then release the clip and the blade comes off.Doc ID #2073852.The new body style Acadia vinN can be replaced with the arm still on the car.

It’s what my dealer and several GM techs I know told me. If the Acadia isn’t that way, then that’s good.
