Electrical/ radio issues

Hey guys so question here. I have a 2015 Silverado 1500 double cab LT 4.3l and I've been having some issues. So the big one was the radio at first. I would start the truck and there was that loud make your ears bleed dinging and sometimes there was no sound at all (from radio, turn signals, bluetooth, etc. Nothing) and sometimes I couldnt use the touch screen on the radio. So I took it in and they did an update/ flash for the trucks software and it fixed the dinging (thank goodness cause i was going deaf). It also has fixed the no sound issue. So for the most part the radio touch screens fixed but not always. Itll work and then randomly while driving stop working. Has anyone else had this issue? The dealer mentioned the whole radio could need replaced (when i brought it on for the south and touchscreen originally). I have the extended warranty but its $100 everytime I bring it in and I dont want to bring it in for them to dismiss me.

Also. Today my trucks getting a lift kit and tow mirrors installed. The shop called me and said that my power mirror switch stopped working. They said that they went to adjust the mirrors once installed and the glass wouldn't go up or down only side to side. They then said they tried stock mirror and same thing. Just happened to have another chevy truck sitting there my year and they put that switch into my truck and they said it worked fine. When I bought it I obviously adjusted my mirrors but havent since cause who really does often?? So I have no idea what's going on or why things are not working electrically correctly.

I mean the trucks only got 38k miles on it. I'm thankful I have the warranty but now I'm scared I got a lemon. I have the lift kit installed so obviously I'm invested and cant bail (I bought the truck about $3k under blue book... "cousins" with the owner of the dealer).

I don't know how to answer your question.

You obviously have an electrical issue.

38 k miles or 2 miles, doesn't matter.

If you aren't capable of fixing it yourself you'll have to pay.

I guess my question is where should I be looking for the issue?

We know the dealer wont spend more than 5 minutes on it and say nothing's wrong or they cant reproduce it

As you well know electrical issues are a bitch.

"cousins" with the owner of the dealer

A talk with the relative maybe in-order.
