Gear Swap issues

Hey guys, just got my truck back from the shop from having my gears swapped from 3.42 to 4.10.  Now the truck slightly vibrates when i get above 55.  I dont think it was there before but not 100percent positive.  Anyone know what might can be the problem?  The mechanic felt it as well, so they rechecked everything and its all in spec.

"All in spec" does not include vibration. Give it back until it is fixed.

Pinion depth.

My 2014 3.42 r.e. was delivered with teeth that were enough off to cause vibration from 40 to 55 mph. GM replaced. No further issues.
