Went down to the riverbottom the other day, and snapped a few pics...

 

The Nitto Terra Grapplers are a pretty d@mn good tire in the sand. I was really impressed with them...For being an AT tire.

 

I also didn't think that my stock suspension would flex this much...So I had to get a pic of it.

cool sand pics, wich way do you take down to the red? i usually go up 81 and drop down on the texas side. gotta watch your back for the hy-pos though. they like to give ya tickets for driving down there :thumbs:

Very slick. :) My roommate has the 295s on his Sierra and he is cravin' for some sand but here in CO that ain't gonna happen any time soon.

No sand in CO? Think again :confused:

 

You can take a little trip down to the great sand dunes. They don't let you drive on the dunes, but they have a 4wd trail. There are also like 9 creek crossings. It's quite a drive from boulder though

Maybe this would be a good trip for all the colorado guys to get together and head out for a day in the sand???

 

That way we could save the $100.00 wrecker fee if someone get's stuck!!
