High Speed off and on Grinding

Help! I have the regrettable 2014 GMC Sierra 5.3L Double Cab. I have had my small issues here and there but I take damn good care of my truck. Recently, I was on the interstate going pretty fast and all of a sudden I started to feel a hesitation when pushing the gas. Acceleration seemed to have changed? Like  when going up a bridge or interstate hump, the truck now jolts when accelerating...? Also, while going anywhere from 45-70mph, there will be a sort of inconsistent grinding/ fast vibration noise that goes away when I tap the brakes...? When the grinding/vibration starts the truck kinda pulls or hesitates. All very inconsistent. Sometimes it won’t be an issue but will return later in the day. 

I hope this makes some sense. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Need more info. 2wd or 4wd and what trans? Top of my head axles or speed sensor only because there are service bulletins on it.
