Adjusting DIC values

I have the misfortune of not having the steering wheel controls that allow DIC adjustment, i.e., how long the lights stay on when you are in the dark, walking to the house and opening the front door, etc. The puddle lights staying on longer than they do when you are moving people or stuff in and out. Those sort of things. The value on mine is entirely too brief. The manual refers to some values I'd love to have, but I can't adjust them.

 

So, I'm wondering if my dealer has the ability to adjust these values with his Tech II or whatever they are using these days. Does anyone have any idea?
