Driver side controls don’t work

Okay so I can’t figure this one out. My truck (2004 Silverado 1500 Z71) has has this problem for about a year now. The crontols on the driver side don’t work at all. I can’t move the windows, the rear view mirror, or lock the doors with it. I have looked for a fuse but I have yet to find a fuse that only controls this because my power seats work fine, the other side controls work fine, it’s not a bigger fuse that would control also the AC or something because that also works along with the radio. It’s the only thing not working. Does this leave a wiring problem? If it were a wiring problem wouldn’t that mean it should have only been a certain control, and if no then wouldn’t it be multiple wiring problems? Also, I have tried replacing the unit with the controls on it and that did nothing. Thank you guys for anything you can think of

Assume you mean everything controlled by controls on the door. If so, then common ground problem.

- wire harness where it leaves the door

- wire channel under trim panel above rocker

- ground point about 6" up b pillar

Wow that’s really helpful. Thank you. Do you know if there’s something I can find that would show me visually? I tend to not do super well without something visual since I don’t know the names of everything. I’m young... and dumb with things like this apparently
