Radio Disappearing Favorites

There is an update that fixed mine. They updated the video processing module I think. It also experienced horizontal lines at times. Fixed both. 

Was that the V803 radio update or something different? What does your receipt from dealer say they did?

It was replaced and reprogrammed. I will send a few tickets

I think the second photo, second paragraph where they replaced and reprogrammed the module fixed that.

Mine does this too, but only forgets the USB favorites.  It seems to be happen if I turn the truck off while playing USB.  But not every time.  Maybe every few months.

Thanks so mine is an early build August truck and I have noticed the DIC locking up but thought that was just the radio software.

So is your truck the one with the heads up display?

Yes on the heads up display. I was told it had something to do with loading all the info. That module controls or relays all sorts of stuff. They had to remove the back seat to get to it.

I got most of the stuff from NHSTB web site. The dealer may have printed the last one.

Make sure you search by Vehicle, make, model,year. When I used the vin, not nearly as many TSB came up.

I tried both was Vin and make model, and can't find that bulletin. Was it the projection that went black or was the part in the dash by the speedo?

It was the cluster where the radio, nav etc ... are. I called them, 18-na-324 and 18-NA-376 were performed. Along with a trailering module re-program.
