Heated Seat Button

The wife's 2008 Tahoe heated seat button for upper and lower has stopped working as in when you press it will not turn the light on nor the heat.  The button for just the upper heated seat works fine.  I'm assuming it is something just with the button, is this or could it be an easy fix?

mine was a cold solder joint on the switch
