Air vents blowing slightly warm air

I have a 2018 Sierra crew can that i bought new and ever since new I’ve noticed that when I have the A/C off and the fan on and temp set to low I’m getting warm air from the vents. It seems to be warmer at times than others. 

 

AC works fine and all I just can’t help but notice warm air coming from the vents when set to fresh air from outside. Anyone notice this on their truck?
