Replacing OEM LED tail lights with aftermarket tail lights?

I have a black midnight edition 2018 Silverado LTZ,, which comes with standard LED taillights. I really would like my taillights to be black, like these tail lights. The problem is all tail lights I seem to be finding are only for trucks that do NOT have the current LED tail lights. Do they currently make taillights to replace the LED ones? Am I looking in the wrong spot? Any suggestions or recommendations? I do not want to spray paint over it, I think that looks fairly tacky, but I also would rather get away from the stand out red color.

If you do decide to replace would you be selling your originals? For less than the price of a good used kidney??

Check out gorecon or spyder. I know on gorecons website it says for 16-17 but before I ordered mine they said they will work for a 2018 they just haven’t updated the website.
